Preheat oven Bottom + Fan function 210 C with steam if your oven has the ability.
In bowl mix yoghurt and salt and enough flour to make a very soft but not sticky dough.
Form into ball and knead briefly till smooth.
Roll out dough to 6 or 7 mm and into desired shape and drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with more salt. Or alternatively top with your desired toppings.
Bake in lower half of oven for approx 20 minutes.
